Bio

Born and raised in Gonzales, Louisiana, Brandon is married to Katie Keller Trosclair for 16 years and the proud father to daughter Brianna 14 and son Peyton 12. Brandon currently owns and operates 13 grocery stores across Louisiana & Mississippi and employs over 400+ people.

After graduating from St. Amant High, Class of 2000 Brandon studied business management at LSU, followed by internships with the Republican National Committee and the Heritage Foundation in Washington DC.

In 2021 President Biden announced the employee vaccine mandate which required any employer with more than 100 employees to enforce the use of the vaccine or be fired. Brandon fought for his employee's rights, and against this mandate calling it 'a massive overreach by the Federal Government into private business'. 

Brandon believes the Federal Government doesn't belong in his business and doesn't belong in the personal medical decisions of his employees. He was the first person to file suit in federal court over the vaccine mandate which very quickly received a nationwide wide injunction in the 5th circuit. In January of 2022, Brandon kept fighting the ruling and ended up at the United States Supreme Court, winning his case 6-3. It is estimated that lawsuit's victory saved 80-100 million jobs. Now, Brandon is ready to fight for Louisianans right to have safe, secure, honest elections!
